Caspian Canine is a family-first dog training company dedicated to helping families enjoy calmer, happier lives with their dogs. We specialize in transforming unmanageable dogs into unimaginable companions by teaching owners how to communicate clearly and confidently.

Outside Looking In
Caspian Canine provides personalized, balanced training programs designed to meet the unique needs of each dog and owner. We offer private lessons and group classes that build real, lasting results through structure, clarity, and teamwork.
Our head trainer, Sophia, received her education through Highland Canine Training and has worked with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and behavior challenges. We approach every dog and owner with patience, purpose, and a commitment to helping you reach your goals.

At Caspian Canine, we treat every client like family. Our trainer, Sophia Martin, brings a compassionate, grounded, God-centered approach to every part of the training process. We invite you to learn more about Sophia and the heart behind Caspian Canine.
Sophia Martin
Owner/Head Trainer
Sophia has been working with dogs for over a decade. She received formal education in dog behavior and behavior modification through Highland Canine Training in 2021 and has been raising and training Border Collies since 2013.
Her passion for dogs began in childhood and has only grown stronger with time. Sophia has competed in AKC agility and 4-H, raised puppies, worked alongside respected breeders and trainers, and helped countless families transform their dogs’ behavior and strengthen their relationships.
Sophia is driven by two things: her faith and her love for animals. She uses her gifts to serve her clients, her church, and her community, and strives to create a peaceful, God-honoring environment in her work.
Ruby, Sophia’s first Border Collie, played a life-changing role in shaping the trainer she is today. Together, they have met hundreds of people, traveled to new places, and created a lifetime of memories and lessons.
Sophia’s mission continues to be simple: help families enjoy better lives with their dogs, one home at a time.

Our Brand
The name Caspian carries deep meaning. The Caspian Sea is the largest inland body of water in the world, and to Sophia, it represents the vastness of Christ’s love. The Latin root Caspi points to the cleansing and forgiveness God freely gives us. Caspian Canine is built on that foundation; a place where every family is welcome, every dog has potential, and every training journey is guided with purpose.
